LEGALIZATION OF POPULATION EMPLOYMENT AND SALARIES, DEBT SERVICE PAYMENT TO THE PENSION FUND OF UKRAINE AND SINGLE CONTRIBUTION

Annotation:

The article analyzes the cooperation mechanisms of the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Chernihiv region with the departments of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, the State Service of Ukraine on Labour, with local state administrations regarding the protection of the rights of employees to pension insurance, the identification of facts of the off the books workers and violations of legislation, about work for response activities and explaining the need for compliance of employers with the wage legislation.

Key words:

unshadowing of the labor market, legal economic activity, social insurance, protection of the rights of hired workers, payment of a single contribution.
