INSTITUTIONAL MECHANISMS OF POVERTY OVERCOMING IN UKRAINE

Annotation:

The theoretical issues of poverty essence, mechanisms of its forming and overcoming, state of standard of living of population in Ukraine and tendencies of its decline, the criteria of estimation and factors of poverty deepening in Ukraine, maintenance of state strategies on poverty overcoming is exposed, ideas on improving of standard of living of the Ukrainians are suggested.
